The forum will feature panelists will be:
Dr. Cesar Alvarado who works at Multicultural Recovery Center in Mesquite, and as a psychiatric nurse practitioner for approximately seven years, as an Associate Professor at Midwestern State University for the last four years, and as a Spanish-speaking nurse practitioner, works closely with the Latino population on behavioral and mental health issues in our community.
