Safe Streets for All

Mesquite Comprehensive Safety Action Plan

A citywide effort to reduce traffic fatalities and serious injuries, improve                                 roadway safety, and guide future transportation investments.

About the Plan

The City of Mesquite developed this Comprehensive Safety Action Plan to reduce traffic-related fatalities and serious injuries and to support safer travel for drivers, pedestrians, bicyclists, and all road users.

The plan was funded in part through the U.S. Department of Transportation Safe Streets and Roads for All grant program and uses crash analysis, public engagement, corridor reviews, and policy recommendations to guide future safety improvements.
