The City of Mesquite contracts with Oncor to provide street lighting on public roadways. If your neighborhood is served by Oncor they will also maintain your street lights.  Outages can be reported to Oncor online here.  

The City of Mesquite, through an Agreement with TxDOT, maintains all freeway lighting systems within the city limits.
