Personal Financial Statements are not available online. They can be accessed for viewing in the City Secretary’s Office, City of Mesquite, 1515 North Galloway Avenue, Mesquite, Texas 75149 during regular office hours – Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
NOTE: Any person requesting to see the Personal Financial Statements for the first year after the statement is filed shall provide to the City Secretary’s Office their name and address, whom they represent, and the date of the request. The form containing this information will be maintained by the City Secretary’s office for one (1) year from the date the Personal Financial Statement was originally filed. Tex. Loc. Gov’t Code Ann. §145.007(b).
