During the budget process City Council conducts a survey, holds a Town Hall Meeting, and holds public hearings to allow the citizens of Mesquite the opportunity to ask questions and give their input on City spending. City Staff, takes the input and recommendations from City Council and prepares a final proposed budget for City Council adoption.
