Special Event Food Vendor Registration

Mesquite Parks and Recreation hosts several special events throughout the year that includes food vendors. Including the following: 


  • Cinco de Mayo (May 2nd) 

  • Movies in the Park Series (April, June, July, September)

  • Epic Teen Event Series (July 21st, 23rd, 28th & 30th) 

  • Pumpkinfest (October 17th) 

  • Christmas in the Park December (December 5th & 6th) 

Invitation to join an event is based on: setup size, power requirements, and menu options. The City will be accepting applications on an annual basis from January through December. Vendors will be required to reapply every year. 


 Please note: registering does not guarantee participation.

 

  • Process to become a food vendor for special events: 

        • 1. Join the food vendor roster 

        • 2. City will contact vendor to participate in an event  

        • 3. Complete vendor agreement 

        • 4. Submit vendor fee

        • 5.  Vendor will contact Mesquite Health department & Fire department to obtain all necessary permits

        • 6. City will provide event details if selected
