Commercial Building Permit & Plan Submittal Information
A building permit application shall be accepted only after the applicant has provided the following information.
An application lacking any of the required information shall be deemed incomplete and refused for processing. Incomplete applications shall be returned to the applicant.
Requirements Prior to Applying for Commercial Building Permit
A permit application must include a copy of the site plan approved by the Planning and Zoning Division.
A completed Permit Application Form must accompany each permit application submittal.
Commercial project plans must accompany permit application submittal.

✔ | COMCheck Calculations for Building Envelope, Interior Lighting, Exterior Lighting and Mechanical. The COMChecks must be completed and signed by a third party energy consultant listing their credentials (usually an ICC number). The COMChecks must show compliance with the 2018 IECC. | |||

Commercial project plans must accompany permit application submittal.
Fee Assessment and Payment
- A fee shall not be accepted until the application is complete in all other respects.
