Public Safety and Emergency Notifications
There are many types of notifications you may receive during an emergency or public safety incident. Some notifications are automatic, meaning you do not have to enroll in the service to receive notifications, but others require your enrollment. Automatic notifications include radio, television, warning sirens, and mobile text notifications, like Amber Alerts.
