On Saturday May 17, 2024 the Office of Emergency Management (OEM,) with the assistance of Mesquite Fire Corps Volunteers, participated in the city's Movie in the Park and Touch-A-Truck event. OEM staff and volunteers staffed a booth from which they handed out disaster preparedness literature, supplies and coloring books to local adults and children. It was a fun and productive day as our city welcomes the summer!
