Para solicitar una Solicitud de Boleta por Correo, los electores elegibles pueden enviar un Formulario de Boleta por Correo o una "solicitud informal" por correo (Departamento de Elecciones del Condado Dallas,

1520 Round Table Drive, Dallas, TX 75247), o fax al 214.819.6303, o por correo electrónico a evapplications@dallascounty.org no más tardar el Jueves, 2 de Julio del 2020. NOTA IMPORTANTE: Si envía por fax o correo electrónico su formulario de solicitud, tenga en cuenta que también debe enviar por correo el formulario original al Departamento de Elecciones del Condado Dallas, Attn: Early Voting, 1520 Round Table Drive, Dallas, TX 75247 dentro de cuatro (4) días hábiles. Un votante que este enfermo o incapacitado en o después del miércoles, 1 de Julio del 2020 puede votar una boleta tardía si la enfermedad de la discapacidad impide que el votante aparezca en el lugar de votación sin la probabilidad de necesitar asistencia personal o de herir su salud. Una solicitud para votar tarde debido a enfermedad o discapacidad puede presentarse hasta las 5:00PM del día de las elecciones,

14 de julio de 2020. (Código Electoral de Texas §§102.001 & 102.003).

Un votante que estará ausente de su condado de residencia debido a la muerte de un familiar inmediato que ocurra en o después del jueves, 9 de Julio del 2020, puede solicitar una boleta tardía. El último día para presentar una solicitud es el lunes, 13 de Julio del 2020 y votar una boleta tardía por comparecencia personal debido a la muerte en la familia inmediata que ocurrió en o después del jueves 9 de julio de 2020. (Sec. 103.003).
