The City of Mesquite will host the April 20 City Council meeting through videoconference and by conference call, in order to advance the public health and adhere to the Dallas County orders of social distancing in response to the coronavirus pandemic. Access inside the Council Chambers will be limited to the Mayor, designated city staff and individuals with official business on the agenda. The Pre-Meeting begins at 4:30 p.m. followed by the Regular Meeting at 7 p.m.
Members of the public interested in speaking during the meeting are advised to remotely access the meeting by one of two methods:
- Phone: Dialing either one of the following toll-free numbers: 877-853-5257 or 888-475-4499. The meeting ID number is 370 735 482 ##
- Computer: Using a computer or smart device to videoconference into the meeting using a service provided by Zoom at https://zoom.us/j/370735482 (advanced loading of app/software is required).
