America’s Night Out Against Crime
The National Night Out campaign involved citizens, law enforcement, civic groups, businesses, neighborhood organizations and local officials from over 15,000 communities in all 50 states, U.S. territories, Canada, and military bases worldwide.
National Night Out is designed to:
Requests for attendance at an event by Mesquite Police officers are on a first-come, first-served basis. We will do our best to accommodate all requests, and having your registration form submitted prior to the deadline will help us allocate our resources in an efficient manner to attend as many events as possible.

- Bring neighborhoods together and to strengthen the citizen-police relationship in the community.
- Increase awareness of crime and drug-abuse
- Send a message to criminals that neighborhoods are organized in their anti-crime efforts
