The Mesquite Fire Department provides state-of-the-art 911 Emergency Medical Services (EMS) to its citizens and visitors. In order to offer such high-quality service, it is necessary to charge users a fee for ambulance transports. Ambulance fees are established by City Ordinance and are comparable with other local emergency ambulance providers. If you have medical insurance, we will be happy to file with your insurance carrier. If you do not have medical insurance, we will work out a payment plan that will fit into your budget. 

Paying Your Ambulance Bill

The City of Mesquite uses a third party medical billing service for its ambulance billing needs. 

If your date of service is on or after midnight on November 1, 2016, your account is managed by:

You may update your insurance information or make an online payment at any time by following this link.  You will need your invoice number and the incident number to access your account. We can help you find this information on your invoice.
If your date of service was October 31, 2016, or earlier, and you wish to make a payment online, please follow the link below.  Please note that you will need to create an account with the City of Mesquite, and you will need your customer number in order to pay your bill.  If you need help finding your customer number, you may call Fire Administration for assistance.  To pay an ambulance bill with a date of service of October 31, 2016, or earlier, please click here.
