Our people believe firmly in the Broken Windows Theory, a theory that indicates that one broken window, when left unrepaired, can cause a chain reaction of toleration for negative behavior.
Through education and engagement, Keep Mesquite Beautiful actively challenges residents to become active in their own neighborhoods. Group activities including regular litter pick-ups, graffiti abatement, and maintenance of the neighborhood can help residents stay connected and aware of their surroundings.
