Throughout the year, the Office of Emergency Management participates in events designed to promote emergency and disaster preparedness in the Mesquite community through public education and outreach. This includes distributing emergency preparedness literature to the public as well as engaging in dialogues with individual citizens, businesses and community groups to answer any questions they may have.
