As a part of coordinating neighborhood-meeting requests, the City is requesting that you complete a Neighborhood Meeting Request form. All local neighborhood representatives requesting a City staff to attend and provide updates at their meetings must complete this form. Neighborhood representatives include Crime Watch Captains, Homeowners Association Officers, Neighborhood Leaders, and Property Managers.
This form will assist City staff in assessing the request and determining the appropriate staff who can attend the meeting. City staff will notify the neighborhood representative within 7-business days upon receipt of request.
