Anyone with a Mesquite Class C Misdemeanor warrant may appear at the clerk’s window Monday – Friday 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. to make a disposition on your case and have the warrant cleared with no fear of being arrested. The Court is required to review your ability to pay and offer alternative ways to discharge the fine and costs.
