Pay Water Bill

The City of Mesquite now offers a more secure, convenient, and user-friendly online payment system for its customers. The new and improved system provides many benefits to customers for fast bill pay.

Water Customer account numbers are 15 digits long with two segments :
           Account Number = first nine digits
           Customer ID = last six digits

The City offers several options for payment of your utility bill. Convenience fees may apply depending on your choice of payment method. Please review your transaction before completing the payment.

Call 972-216-6208 and provide your checking account or credit card information.

Create an account to set up an automatic payment with Checking, Saving, Debit, Credit and Digital Wallets (PayPal, PayPal Credit, Venmo).

Pay in Person

During normal business hours, payments may be made by cash, check, money order, or credit card at the Utility Billing Office located at the City Hall -757 N Galloway Avenue.

Drop Box

Make payments into secure drop box by check or money order. Drop box is located at the 757 N Galloway Avenue entrance into the City Hall parking lot.
