About the Board
The Board of Adjustment (BOA) is a quasi-judicial body. Its decisions are final and may only be appealed in a District Court. The Board consists of 7 members (5 regular members and 2 alternate members). Requests that require BOA action include:
- Variations from the Mesquite Zoning Ordinance
- Special Exceptions as identified in the Mesquite Zoning Ordinance
- Appeal of Administrative Decisions related to the Mesquite Zoning Ordinance

Membership
