Join us for the 14th annual Dinner Under the Cedars, October 24, 2009. Dinner will be served by Eddie Deen Catering on the grounds of the Opal Lawrence Historical Park. Tickets are $30 for adults, $25 for seniors 55 and over, and $20 for children 3 through 12, and must be purchased in advance by calling 972-216-6468. Gates will open at 5 p.m.; tours of the Stephen Decatur Lawrence home and the livestock barn will begin immediately. Entertainment will be provided by the Bois d’Arc Dixieland Band featuring Sen. Bob Deuell on drums and there will be a live and silent auction. A newly designed Historic Mesquite, Inc. tapestry throw will be introduced and sold that night.
