On Saturday, April 10, 2010, from 9am to noon, Keep Mesquite Beautiful, Inc. (KMB) will be hosting the bi-annual Mesquite Trash-Bash. The event will kick-off at City Lake Park (near the Aquatic Center).

Keep Mesquite Beautiful invites you to join in and help keep your community clean by picking up littered areas and participating in beautification projects. Volunteers participating in the event will receive a free Trash Bash T-shirt. Upon completion of clean-up projects participating groups will enjoy lunch, music and a visit from Lucky the Ladybug!

Volunteer groups wishing to participate should pre-register by filling out the registration and release forms below or by calling the KMB Office at 972-329-8331 or by emailing volunteers@ci.mesquite.tx.us. Please pre-register by Thursday, April 1, 2010. All groups participating must have their own transportation to and from their assigned project. No Rain date.
