Risk Management/Training

The Risk Management Division of the Human Resources Department assists in the protection of people and property that make the City of Mesquite-Texas a better place to work and live. Risk Management staff assists the various City Departments by:

  • sourcing and providing training to department employees
  • helping injured employees access medical care for injuries
  • analyzing injuries and accidents involving City employees and assets
  • identifying and overseeing sources and methods to fund accidental losses when they occur
