Carol Zolnerowich was appointed Deputy City Manager in 1995 after serving as Assistant City Manager since 1988. Ms. Zolnerowich holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration, both from Texas Tech University.
