Pets of the week

  • There is an adoption fee of $60 for cats and $80 for dogs. This fee includes sterilization, vaccinations and microchipping of the animal, as well as a City of Mesquite registration of the pet for Mesquite residents.
  • Persons adopting Pet of the Week animals will receive a free grooming coupon complimentary of T-Bone/Tuna.
“Thumbelina” is a small female Catahoula/pitbull mix who is ready for some pampering. She came here with her two surviving puppies almost three weeks ago. This poor family looked like they had not eaten in a while. We took care of them and the two puppies have now been adopted. Their sweet mom (who has one blue eye) is ready for her new home. Won’t you take her home and spoil her? She will be forever grateful (and we will be too!). Thumbelina awaits (ready to dance for you) in kennel 12.
”Mr Yum Yum” is a young male Siamese who is waiting for his forever family to discover him. As you can see, he loves his food, and loves to be picked up and held and spoiled. Mr Yum Yum is waiting for you in cat cage C.
